Favorable evaluation for PRÉVICAP (prevention program for handicap situations at work) - The musculoskeletal injury (MSI) constituted 37.3% of compensated occupational diseases in Quebec in 2000, causing 40.7% of the amount paid, almost $ 170 million. PRÉVICAP has support of 571 workers who have a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) between 2001 and 2004, and produced better results than traditional care. The researchers evaluated the effectiveness, costs and profitability of PRÉVICAP comparing, over a period of 3 years after the occurrence of the injury. *

The assessment of the quality of reporting of meta-analyses in diagnostic research - This study shows that there are still many gaps in the reports of the examiners to get of their readers the confidence in the validity of reported results. This finding is reported using the PRISMA instructions to determine if there was a measurable improvement over time and compliance with the guidelines of analysis report compliance. It appears that some meta-analysis do not mention the important elements . *
